Problem with manual fanswitch

I am trying to hook my manual fan switch back up and I found the ground and auxillary, but I cannot find the constant, actually I believe I found it but there just isnt any voltage in the wire, and I have no clue why.I checked both the cooling fan and A/C fan plugs and the constant is showing no power on either. What could have happend since I last had it hooked up and where can I check? Thanks!

try testing the +12 (constant) when the car is running. In my schematics, it is "hot in run". (NOT "hot at all times")
