Hey guys, I'm doing a major restoration of my 86 TA and now I came to the headlights.

Both of them go up only one comes down. I know the problem is the motor realy. My question is where can I get one of these (Strauss and Pep-Boys didn't carry em) besides a boneyard. IF anybody knows a site I could get them and the EXACT name or number of the product. The problem is that I found 2 different light motor relays, 1 was Radiator mounted and the other was something-else mounted. Which one of tghese do I need?

Sorry if that soundsed confusing, but I woudl appreciate some help

The one on the radiator is the isolation relay. I just replaced mine a few weeks ago. I got the relay from GM for about $25. I don't know about the other one but I would guess that a GM dealer would be able to order it.

I used to work for an auto parts store and I know the make the relay. Have the guy check under KEM or Standard Ignition if you need the part numbers write me back and I will get the for you they should be cheeper than goin through GM. I would think they run for about 10-15 bucks 25 seems really high but thats dealer of coarse.
