are all 1985 onwards Firebirds electric speedo ?
I have a 1987 Firebird with 140 speedo
is it right that this car doesn't use a cable for the speedo and is an electric pulse from the VSS -some sources say one thing and others something else... I'm waiting to change from ANA to DIG dash and obviously easier if the black/green wire is already there -I've not disected the dash yet myself...

by the way, know where I can buy (online) clear front indicator lenses for a 3rd gen 87 firebird

For what it's worth, every 85-92 i've taken apart so far has been electronic. I could just be lucky, but figured my 2 cents might help.
