Steering Wheel Radio Controls Cut Out

Lately my radio controls on the steering wheel pad only work sometimes. The controls right on the radio itself still work fine, but the wheel controls are not working sometimes. No fuse blowing. Loose wire somewhere? Major PITA ? Remove steering column ?

Thanks

had several gta ´s but never had a problem..
check the yellow connector under the pad! also at the steering co.half way down ..there is a conector that comes out of the co.!!
it would be nice to hear from other gta owner if there is a company fixing them?
or who build them? did anybody reprogram them for drag or race control use???

It is the radio. Mine did the same thing and after checking the steering controls for a month the radio went. I found out it had a short in it.
