Quick question about ECM swap

I am collecting parts for my 305 TPI to 350 TPI swap. Do i just need the chip or will i need to pick up the entire ECM? Will i just be able to plug the 350 ECM in, or will i need change some pinouts? (i don't think i do)

Wireharness? I don't see why the harness will be different. All i am doing is changing the 305 TPI to a 350 TPI, i should just need the chip and computer. Are the harnesses different?
