The driver's side door does not completely unlock. I have tried putting a new switch in the car, b ut it does not solve the problem. The door locks fine, but unlocking it with the switch only moves the unlock thing a little bit, not enough to open the door. I must then unlock it manually.

I was having that problem so I pulled the door panel off and greased everything and they work fine now.

 

Spray some wd40 all over the moving parts in the locking mechanism inside the door, then spray some white lithium grease on there too. The whole time, be locking and unlocking the door periodically (with the switch) to loosen things up.

 

i just had the panel off, guess i will take it apart again, thanks.
