Hard becasue the wiring is NOT THERE, you would need the switchs that go into the center behind the transmission shifter, AND THEY ARE HARD TO FIND, I went looking for a rear hatch release switch BECAUSE THAT WIREING IS there and just to find that switch and the relay took me 10 Camaros and 3 junk yards, by the way, it works great on my 1992 Camaro, the hatch release switch is a great option and easy to add. and you would need the rewire the car from the switch in the center to the doors and to the fuse panel, no way to hard, have fun trying.
Well it may cost you an arm and leg to convert the door money and time wise..... but contrary to what he says the wiring is not hard... I could send you the GM wiring diagram... or I could send you a custom one I could make on my designer software with a picture style diagram... this conversion is not hard... you would need to buy the center console with the 3 wholes for the power windows and hatch release (about 30 bucks from scrapyard...)... you can find the switches on ebay for about 10 a piece (plus ~3.00 shipping) -- use search word "camaro power"... and you would have to find either some doors for about 150 with power or just convert your current doors for about 50 a piece... you would have to buy the motor and the track... the bolt holes are already there for the motor... the wiring is simple 2 wires to the door from the switches, one wire to the switches for power and 1 ground wire for the switches...

Well, I did them in my friends 89 rs. Heres the deal. It sux trying to get everything lined up. The biggest problem I would have to say was geting the old reg out and the new one in ansd rivited. the wireing was cake and the holes the switches are available from gm for like 13 or 14 a piece. The console either bone yard or measure one and cut em your self( we had a beat up console withe the holes to measure from.) Any questions E-mail me its not that bad.
