Wires??

On my 89 tpi setup(T/A) I'm looking for the color of the wires for the temp sensor and for the oxygen sensor--mine got cut. Does anyone know what color they are and where about they're located? Weird thing is I'm not getting any trouble codes for this stuff either. anybody know why?

The O2 sensor wire is purple, & the gauge temperature sensor wire is dark green - they both go to the lower driver's side of the engine on a V8. The computer coolant temperature sensor wire is yellow & goes to the front of the intake manifold. Cutting the O2 sensor wire or the computer temperature sensor wire should produce an error code, while cutting the gauge temperature sensor wire will not produce an error code.

Thanks Tim. Are all the colors the same in 86-89? Just curious. I have a black wire spliced into the O2 sensor--didn't think that was right--but it doesn't throw a code--weird!
