need some quick help with wiring a fan switch

i was told so i could turn it on and also it would be able to work without flipping the switch is to connect a wire from the ground switch on the passenger head to a toggle, and the other end of the toggle to a ground... now on the back of the head is a weird looking sensor thing..then 2 wires, ones black with a white stripe and the other is white..what am i splicing into??!

The sensor is under the 3rd spark plug on the passenger side not the back of the head. I think it only has one wire not two.
