where to run wires through the fire fall?

well i just installed a MSD 6A box, and i wnat to relocate it in the car. it jsut gets to hot under my hood for my likeing. where would be the best place to run the wires through the firewall?

Engine: 3.1 L v6 & 305 (5.0L) v8
Transmission: 4L60 Auto
I would go with around the passangerside fender by the hood hinge where all the wires go back to the computer under the dash, should be able to drill a hole next to those and run them through with a rubber gromit. Thats the only place that GM runs their wires thru the fire wall.

Nope, there is a large connector block in the driver side with LOTS of unused pin holes. What i have done is to use a stiff wire and clear out the black sealing putty in some free holes and run the wires through there. They come out up by the heater outlet on the driver side and are easy to route where you want/need. Drilling holes in the firewall is risky at best, one misdrill and you can disable your car for a while,

i forgot that the owner before me had the car wired for subs. so he has a hole in the drivers side for the power cord going to the amp. im just gonna run it all through there. thanks for the help anyways.
