1984 z28 wacky tach and choke light

1984 z28 wacky tach and choke light
Have an 84 z28 and things were going great. Then all of a sudden the tach shows 3 to 4 g's and when you start up the car no indicator lights come on anymore but when the care is running the choke light stays on..........the cruise quit working at the same time.....but when i'm driving and turn the cruise switch on the tach pegs out to 8 g's...........any ideas??
