I ordered a TPI system...and when I received it the box was in horrible condition...i opened it...first thing i noticed was that the plenum extenson was completely shattered....then when I looked at the ecm...I saw that one of the connectors plugged into the ecm (the yellow one) had broken tabs...I took it out...and I saw that one of the edges was smushed together....and you can pull a couple of the wires in and out...but it wont completely come out...this worries me for two reasons...first...there could be enough damage to the connector that the wire wont make good enough contact to the ecm...if at all....and also...if that much pressure was applied to the connector while it was connected..maybe the ecm connector itself was damaged as well...first...is there anyway to check if the ecm may be damaged? Second...anyway to change the connector on the harness? Perhaps GM sells the connector itself?
