ok about a month ago my head lights on my 89 T\A stopped going up and down. then about a week later my wipers stopped working all together. i thought the two were completly unrelated untill i ran over bump in the road one day and all of a sudden my lights worked and my wipers came on. please let me know if there are any relays, connections, etc... that would cause both the wipers and the lights to stop working. THANKS!!!!!
