Removing Speed Limiter

I just recently read an article where they bypassed the speed limiter by simply adding a switch. I said that it was for 1990-1992 TBI. Well I have a 1991 Z28 with a 305 and it is TPI will this same procedure work the same. Please response. Thank You.

Just change over to a performance PROM and you kill two birds with one stone.

1) NO speed limiter
2) Go faster and more HP
