Fog Lights

i got a set of oe foglights for a 87 i cant find the connector for the relay. looked in component locator and says it should be in the l/f area near the window washer tank i looked high and low but i only found a two wire connector that apparantly goes to the fog light harness. i looked harder and found some wires wrapped around a hose but they are for cruise i think as they were the same # and color for the cruise servo. i see a relay on the r/f near the battery and one right beside it and have not a clue what they are for maybe one of these is what i am looking for?
help please.

My GM servise manual said it is on the LH rear of engine compartment, on fender. Look on the fender close to the fuel pump relay and cruise relay. These is for a 85 firebird it may be the same.
