TPS voltage variation

TPS voltage variation
My 89 Formula has a difference in voltage at the TPS and in what the computer sees. When a VOM is connected directly to the TPS I will see 4.5v at WOT but when reading it with my AutoXray thru the ALDL I only see 3.7v. Any ideas?

Voltage loss through the wiring maybe?
