Electrical problems but car still runs

Okay...I came out to my car to run an errand, and I noticed my little red dash light next to the fog lamp switch wasn't on. I thought, "Hmm...that's odd." So, I pursued to start the engine up, and everything worked fine; she still roared to life. I tried turning my parking lamps on, and my dash lights never lit up. My console light doesn't work, nor do my head lamps, power windows, hatch motor, power locks, or overhead dome light. Stereo, power windows, tail lights and turn signals work fine. The battery is only a few months old, and the alternator appears to be working fine. My only conclusion is it's a faulty fuse or fuses under the dash, but I'm not sure which to replace. Is there a website to which I can go to see a clear diagram of what fuse(s) need replacing (if that's even the problem)?

There is no one fuse that powers everything you mentioned (at least for a 1991 Camaro). For example, the headlights don't even have a fuse. There are protected by a circuit breaker incorporated in/on the light switch.

The power windows are powered by a circuit breaker.

The hatch release is powered through two fuses - ACCESSROY and LID.

Everything ultimately goes through an additional protection device - a fusible link. So just because a fuse is good does not necessarily mean that there is +12 there. If the item still does not work after checking the fuse, ensure that there voltage on the wire using a voltmeter or light, etc.

If you don't know what fuse protects what, I would suggest the fastest and probably easiest method would be to just check all them. There aren't that many, so pulling each one out to check would probably take less time that it took for you to type up your post...
