More problems, NO SES Light!
More problems, NO SES Light!
Well this is long but I’m going to try and make it short. I was trying to switch out my guage cluster from idiot lights to full gauges w/tech etc.
I’m thinking I blew something.
I “duh” forgot to diconnect the battery and “toasted” as far as I can tell the oil pressure relay switch on the firewall. It does nothing and my fuel pump is not working (no noise or fuel)
so then, I went to check for trouble codes and there’s nothing there! I mean like NO SES LIGHT! It's gone, I checked the ecm fuse it seems to be fine. Couldn’t pull any codes and the car won’t start. Looking for some answers. Thanks

Your 'check engine' light might just simply be burned out. If you jump +12 to the D (4th one from the top right)terminal of the ALCL connector, it will test the light for that.
If you jump +12 to the G terminal (lower left one) It should energize the fuel pump relay (should run the pump of course) to test to see if the relay is working.
Neither may be the problem,, but it's somewhere to start. Hope that helps

best way to check the fuses is with a light. turn the key to on, and probe each little test terminal to see if both sides of each fuse light up. don't waste your time pulling them one by one, and if one is blown, don't put a bigger one in, or you're really looking at problems.
