Stock security feature?
I have this little plastic thing that you can unplug underneath the dash that disables the ignition. Well ...the plugs are all bent and beat-up and everytime I start my car I have to wiggle it up and down for it to start. Is this thing stock? Is there a way to remove it? I don't really want to go snipping wires until I know exactly how to remove it...

I dont know if thats what happend to my car or what. But when I bought it the guy who sold it to me said something went wrong with it and instead of taking it to a dealership and paying them xxx.xx amount of dollares he just got a button and mounted it to the dash. So you turned the car on then just pressed the button instead of turning the key. My freinds thought it was the coolest thing. Was no big deal to me. hope this helped
