msd noise in the speaker need help

msd noise in the speaker need help
I added the msd noise filter and still I got loud humming and satic. what can I do any info would be great. oh and yes I got good grounds.

also multiple amp. setups cause noise sometimes (including high amplification head units

May I ask which brand head unit you are using? Sonys suck, and a friend of mine put hundreds of dollars into his car trying to get rid of the noise thinking it was his MSD box, and the problem was solved when he put in a new Alpine unit.
