Headlight goes out when Hibeams are on

I have a problem with my headlights, whenever the low beams are on, both outer light turn on, but when the hi beams turn on, all go on except the driver's side low beam light. I corrected the problem by jiggling the wires but I still wanna know the true problem. Maybe a loose wire? And how do I get the headlights out, I wanna get blue lights, blue but not the type that blind people. Thank you

the "hi beam" filament on the drivers side is burnt out. the outer lights are hi-beam and low beam. to get them out, unscrew the cover and take them out. "blue" lights are really not good @ all, you actually see less, and they really arre brighter, but that's because the "blue" wavelength doesn't light up as much as the yellow/white so they have to be birhgter to make up for less illumination, but they never make up that whole difference, and since they are brighter, they are a nuisance to other drivers. if you want "whiter" and not bluer sylvania makes a white r light called "cool blue" but it's actually whiter than the factory lights, and since it's not blue, the illumination losses are less. what we have is tried and true (4x6 rectangular lights) as they've been used on millions of vehicles not just thirdgens. so our lights are just fine, and the "blue" lights aren't any better than our regular lights, but they are more annoying.
