The 20 ampere accessory fuse supplies power to it.

Axle/Gears: ones that turn.
My 89 Formula had a seperate, single fuse holder near the bulkhead connector (where the wires pass thru the firewall on the driver's side) which was for the pull down motor...a 15 amp fuse, if memeory serves....
