wiring wolf whistle

I got a whistle for my car and I don't know where to put my ground wire. I did hook it up to my original horn, but it drained my battery. Any ideas?

Axle/Gears: Moser 9", Detroit Locker, 3.70
Ground wires generally get tied to the vehicle chassis.
