Wiring up alternator to different year car
I have an 87 Firebird with a four pin alternator connector.

I have an alternator with a two pin connector.

How can I wire it up?
(large images files, thats why they're linked, not displayed)

Can't be done. Different regulators. You could take the 2 pin to the alternator shop and have them put a 4 pin regulator in the case, but it would probably be cheaper just to buy a new 4 pin with a warranty.
