Non third gen but Camaro nonetheless

On a 67 with hide away headlights. Are these vacuum or electric?
Also the under dash connector, does anyone know where this plugs in? Thank you in advance.:hail:

Not sure, but I think there vaccum. I know the GTO's and Vette's were vaccum. Probably all from that time were vaccum. Check to see if there is any resistance moving the cover by hand. If there isn't its probably vaccum as the gearing in an electric would not move easily(unless its stripped out).
