May be the blower speed switch or the fan motor, or a bad ground connection to the motor. Try powering the fan motor directly from the battery + terminal, to verify motor operation & ground continuity.

Most likely the HVAC switch panel contacts have gone bad on you.

Tim thanks, you were right. The ground was bad, i was thinking it was the unit the whole time and thats all i was playing with <because the unit was removed and inactive for 3 years prior to me buying it> I appreciate it.
