Amp and AC blower Gremlin

Ok, so a little while ago I stopped and turned off my car but the AC blower stayed on. So i just unplugged it. Sometime later I plugged it back in and it stopped doing it. Well then a few days later, car wouldn't start, the battery had been drained, and the alternator was dead. Replaced the alternator charged the battery, and replaced the relay for the blower(cheated though, took it out of a camaro parts car)4. No problems, that is except for my amp. It started freakin on my, now my subs will only barely play, except every once in while they seem to work and it only seems to be when it's wet, but that probably has nothing to do with it. Well today my blower did the same thing. Help!!! Any suggestions?
