Fog Lights

Few things.

My dad recently got a 1987 Camaro IROC-Z, in pretty good condition, and so we've been seeing what needs fixed, and doing so.

Well, the light on the FOG LIGHT switch doesn't work, and I don't think the defogger light works(or defroster, whatever it is), either

And the fog lights don't even come on. So does anybody know how I would go about taking off the foglights to see if the foglights are bad, or if it's a wiring problem?

Can't seem to find out how to get the lights out of there..

Thanks.

on my car i had just one screw up top, and another screw/nut going across the back and that hold the lense/bulb in place on the bracket...

i had just installed factory foglights on my car, the switch i had bought was bad so i needed to get another one..

I saw the one on the side, how do you get that one out? Can't find a screw drivers small enough to get in there. Unless I have to take the bottomside of the car off..

Just pull the bulb from the lights. Reach behind the light assembly and turn the bulb holder !/4 turn ccw and it comes out. There is no need to pull the entire assembly.

If the bulbs were bad, the light on the switch would still come on. There is probably just a bad fuse, wire or something. To get to the bulbs in my 88 IROC, I had to take off the underside body panel. There was no way to do it otherwise. Just did this yesterday.
