A few Electrical Problems/ Questions

OK guys lets see if someone can throw me a bone on these.

Problem 1: Some times when I start my car the car will start perfectly fine....BUUUUUT....My dash lights, radar, radio, power windows, window whipers, and my AC fan wont work. I have to shut the car off and then restart it and it is fine.

Any idea?

Problem 2: I have always had a box in the back of my car with no problems. lately I've noticed that when ever I brake, turn on the turn signal or when I first turn on my lights I get a clicking sound. Just one click for every time the lights would click. So if it is the turn signal....i get click.......click......click. (get the idea?) I checked my ground and it is tight ( I have the ground around the bolt that holds, and under the Plactic washer that holds the tail lights to the body of the car.

Any ideas on this one?

Engine electrical harness physically moves a little bit each time the engine is run. If you've got intermittent contact at some of the splices in the harness or at the ground terminals, you can get some difficult to diagnose problems. Might try popping the hood when you have the problem, leaving the windshield wipers and blower motor on. Then start wiggling around the harnesses under the hood with your hands, if wipers or climate control blower motor suddenly come to life, you found part of your problem.

Another thing, don't overlook the ignition switch itself. You'll have to lower the steering column from the dash to access it.
