i just bought my 92 camaro rs with the bose system. the head unit lights up and works and the radio works but there is no sound. i checked the fuse and its find. what else should i check and what could be the problem

 

If thats a factory amplified system, the amplifier might be dead. Easiest way to check, pull a speaker, and run yourself a wire from the speaker to the radio itself. If it works, the amp is dead.

If it's not a factory amplified system, check your wiring, possibly output from the radio is shot, if all wiring is good.
