Connect one of the wires from the 3rd brake light to the blue (brake light) wire in the harness that goes out the LH rear of the body to the back lights. Connect the other wire from the 3rd brake light to chassis ground.

Run the wires behind the plastic molding strip that is at the rear of the head liner & then behind the LH plastic body panel back to the left rear of the cargo compartment, where the tail light harness exits the chassis.

You could get the dome light wiring harness from a '91 or '92 car which has the wiring to the 3rd tail light in it. You would just have to run it and plug it in down near your hood release. Simple and factory.
