Hey guys! Urgent help needed...

My car is in storage right now and my dad needs it moved within one week to a different garage. Now I just moved and have seemed to misplaced my keys!

I don't think my VATS ever really did work to be honest. The "security" light would come on sometimes when it felt like it, and it looks like the previous owner has hacked up some wiring on the car.

is there a way for me to test the VATS to see if it's working? Can I just get a regular key cut for the ignition if the VATS is disabled?
