is it at all possible to retrofit a 4th gen gauge cluster into a 3rd gen or will it simply not work at all.

 

There are a few people who have completed this... They are VERY reluctant to give out info.. (which I don't blame them for at all)


You can try searching.. It's been discussed here a lot... in the upper right hand corner.


I remember seeing pics of an orange drop top show car, with a 96 or 97 cluster in it.. Looked gorgeous.. had been redone in an ivory/whitish color...

 

I know this sounds simple, but try a search on 4th gen interior swap. I read a post a wile back when somone said how they did it- maybe I'll try to find the thread later, but I'm busy.
