fuel pump

a while ago i posted a message but got no reply. so, here it is again. i need to know where i can find the wire off my fuel level to hook to my gauge. color?, location? any help would be great. thanks

Transmission: TH400 with brake, 8" PTC converter

Axle/Gears: moser 9" 4.11

wire is pink and it's in the harness coming out by behind where the gauges would be. this wire changes resistance levels to say from full to empty.
