computer programming
i ahve an 86 z28. i swaped the 350 4bbl for a 350 4bbl with aluminum heads and manifold. i'm interested in finding a software to put on a laptop that i can use to program the computer to run the car to the engine specs, and change other options. if any software like this exsists please help me.
or if police car computers are available for this car, please let me know

Transmission: 4L60E, 700R-4
Talk to the guys at the DFI&ECM board. The guys at the PROM board may also help. There is tuning software for the car.
You'll probably need a new prom burned though. Hope this helps.
