Headlight Motors

I am sure that this problem has been addressed before, but I need a hand on it. I just got started working on my "new" project Firebird, and I found that neither one of the headlight motors were working. So I surfed a bit and found some helpful advice. I then pulled the side cover off and took the gear out, and the drive dampers were powder. Problem #1. Then I started looking at the motors, and I don't see any shaft or anything that is going to turn this gear. All there is on the front of the motor is two small pieces of metal that are on two small pieces of wire, and two springs on one of the motors. There is no manual crank, no nothing..... Has someone robbed these parts, or am I just missing something? I hooked it up to 12v, and nothing happens. Also, I have found some drive dampers online, but what about the rest of it? I don't want to pay 200 bucks apiece for new motors...

ok, (GULP) I'll admit it, I posted before I searched. I saw some pictures of the motors, and I can see that I am missing the big piece on the front of the motor with the manual crank, and most likely the shaft and all of that. Sorry. Does anyone know where I can find this piece online, or will I have to search the junkyards?
