K guys my 1992 rs is acting up again. i cant figure this out. well at first i blew the side blinker in the front and the flasher i have since replaced both and now everything works fine. however, on my dash control panals when i turn on my headlights the right arrow stays solid green the whole time. When i go to turn right however, it blinks. but it never shuts off until i turn off my headlights. Does anyone know what this could be. And also my horn works when i have the car off but when i am driving it doesnt? wierd huh? please help thanks...trying ot sell car and wnat it fixed

 

Well I'm not sure about the green arrow on a 92 but i know the mid to late 80's the problem was usually the printed circuit board behind the gauge cluster.
Try pulling yor gauge cluster off and seeing if the is something like that back there,that may be your problem.
Or it could be a bad socket from one of your bulbs. Check them to make sure thier not too corroded or anything.
