Where do these fan and power wires connect to?

Where do these fan and power wires connect to?
I am in the process of rewiring some parts of my car, and I don't remember where these wires are supposed to go (I changed some stuff around a few months ago). I've looked at the wiring in my Haynes manual but I can't seem to make anything of it. In regard to my picture...
There is an orange wire coming from the fan relay. There is an inline connector on this wire. Where does the other end go?
There is an orange/black wire that goes to a 20A fuse on the inside of the fender. There is a black wire coming off of the fuse holder. Where does it go? (I'm thinking ground, but the wiring diagrams weren't clear).
Finally, on a single-fan setup, where is the stock fan ground located?
