Ignition problem??
Ignition problem??
When I turn the key, I get nothing, but when I tilt the wheel then turn the key she starts. Lately I have noticed that I have tilt the wheel even more to start her..........any ideas whats going on?
Sounds like a loose wire in the column. I am not sure of the exact wire routing but I would get the best idea of where the wires run and then disassemble the column and check all of the wires. If it starts when you move the column then you must have a loose wire in the column somewhere.

Don't bother with wiring yet. The only wiring up near the steering wheel is for wipers, flashers, hazards, horn, cruise etc..
Sounds like your ignition switch is out of adjustment. Your keyswitch actuates a metal rod which goes all the way down the length of the steering column joining into the actual ignition switch. The rod pushes or pulls the switch to complete (close or open) electrical contacts, if the rod is out of adjustment it may not move far enough to start the car.
Keep in mind that the car can start unexpectedly if you play around too much with the switch on the column. Make sure you are in Park or neutral w handbrake up and nobody under the hood while you perform these adjustments.
Once you find the switch, loosen its mounting screws and move the switch until you find the sweet spot where it will start no matter what position your tilt is in.
good luck
