Good Luck With This One...
Brand new plugs, wires, etc., before you ask...
Anyways, fired up the car for the first time since winter set in...ran fine, I was pleased. Came back 5 minutes later, fired up again...flicked on the drivers' lights, and the engine dropped RPM's and ran like ****, almost stalled out (in park, mind you), flicked the p. lights off, all returned back to normal. Now, I tried this again another 15 minutes later...lights on, off...and it was fine. Help me, last thing I want is for the car to die randomly when I need it!

did you let the car run during the 15 minute break? if so I would say your battery had gone down some while sitting and the alt. recharged it while it was running, not to uncommon if you let the car sit without running for a long period of time. by turning the lights on you pulled some of what voltage was available from the ignition system which caused it to run bad, now charged it will probably be fine.
