Windshield Wipers
I was cutting out wires the other day for the swap, and yesturday I noticed that I cut wires that went to the wiper motor. They were red and blue I think. I believe they went to the wiper fluid jug.
Would this affect my wipers not working? Or would this affect my wipers working when I want to clean my windshield with the fluid?

Those are the wires to the washer fluid pump (at least color-wise). It should have no effect on the wipers operation.
