possessed blower motor??

possessed blower motor??
My wife drives our 86 firebird,lately the ac/heater blower motor stoped blowing.
Then out of the blue it would work again,I have replaced the switch,relay,reostat.
The fuseable link is ok.
Occasionally when it goes out it blows the fuse,but not always,but what seems to be occuring around the same time the thing stops blowing the drivers side headlight low beam quits working.
Surely these two things are not connected somehow.
All answers are very appreciated.
Also my IROC if for sale.
