Adding Hatch Light, HELP PLEASE!!!

I have a 1988 camaro and the rear hatch had no light. It is a pain in the butt to find something at night with no light, so i want to add one. Where were they located in the hatch, and is it worth adding to my car? thanks for the help

The luggage/cargo light takes bulb number 561, which is 12-watts (for reference, the underhood bulb is 15 watts). Enough light to find what you want? Yeah. Worth the effort? Your call. The wiring could be already be there. If so, all you'd have to do for a quick fix would be to hit the boneyards for a rear panel with the light in place--plug and play.
