HEI distributor swap
I am wondering if an HEI in-cap coil distributor out of a 1983 Z28 with a 305 4 bbl will work in a L98 350 out of a 1987 IROC with external coil, while using the computer from the 83.

as long as your staying carburated or tbi, then yea, your fine, the only problem comes in with tpi where the in cap distributor won't physically fit behind a tpi unit...
