Engine: 355 TPI
Transmission: BW T5
ECM swap out
hello fellow F-body members.i have a 88 355 TPI which is mated to my stock 305 TPI drive train..IE 5 spd trans and stock ECM.
the car runs good..however,I know a different ECM might give me more gains..or at least "wake up" my 355..i don't have a bunch to blow on a "custom" burn't chip...so i was wondering if there is a Vette or any 350 TPI ECM that would just swap in and run.provideing the ECM came from a manual trans car.sounds kinda stupid..but there's gotta be a ECM out there that will "cross over"..no???...yes????
