Aftermarket kill switch dead, need help ....

The kill switch on my '89 GTA is no longer working. The car won't start. I have power to all the lights and interior, and the car did turn over once (I guess when the connector magically reseated itself); so I know the starter and solenoid are working. Whatever happened, it won't start again ... I get nothing when holding down the button and turning the key. No clicks, nada.

So, the only logical thing is to bypass the kill switch. There are two sets of wires running to the kick panel for a toggel switch and the button. They're wired into the bundle that the big, fat red relay (power) is in. Any suggestions on how to bypass the kill switch?

if you dont want the switch anymore the only safe thing to do is trace the wire back to where ever they split the original and connect it back together.

I figured as much. I was hoping there might be an easier way than unwrapping ALL the tape around the bundle. Ah well.
