Don't Know What Happened

Ok i was sitting in my car listening to the radio with the ignition in the accessory. I was about to put my cigarette lighter in the thing that is goes in(can't think of what it is called) becuause i never have it in there becuase i charge my cell phone and dont smoke. When i put the cigarette lighter in a blue spark flashed and it shut off my radio dome light. I dont know if other things dont work those are the only two i notice. I realize there is a short in there but what fuse did i blow and how can i fix this so i can charge my cell phone with out frying my electical system? Thanks for the help guys

You fried the #11 fuse which powers the accessories (cig lighter, hatch release, horn, interior lights, power antenna, PDL & Radio). It is a 20 amp fuse located in the 3rd column from the left, 3rd row down. Replace the fuse, then get in the habbit of charging the cell phone at home. Charging cell phones kills fuses on a regular basis because they draw so many amps.
