Rad. Fan wiring probs

I've got a new Be Cool Radiator and Fan kit. I have all the wiring hooked up for the electric fan but one wire. The Orange one, this one is the hot wire for when the car's ignition switch in the "On" position(after startup). My question is, What would be the best place to put this wire to? It has to be something that has power running through it "ONLY" when the key is in the ON position and will not have power when the key is in the OFF position(cannot drain my battery when off). I was thinking that, the electric choke can be hooked up to the same thing as it needs to be wired the same.
