Stupid electrical demon

Ok so the other day I went to use the right turn signal and lo and behold it stays lit. I figure ok, blown bulb, and Check them all. they all look ok, but I replace them just to be sure. still no fix. Last night I looked everything over, and it appears that there is a broken connection to the bright element on the fog light - type light on the right side. does anyone know where this wire ends up at its other connection other than the light? thanks.

Ok now Im stumped. heres the deal...

When I turn the turn signal, the lights come on, but stay on. The front right running light Is on dim instead of bright.

When the running lights are on, the running light and marker light on the right side dont come on at all, but the rear light comes on and stays on.

in both cases, the dash indicator stays lit, and there is no clicking sound heard.

the left side works fine. Any Ideas?

Start by closely inspecting the grounding at the dim lamp.

It defineatly sounds like a ground problem, or even a short in the system... After checking the ground that Vader mentioned, try the "Flasher Relay" Like you said it goes on with no flash, so it is a possiblity, I have seen similar problems arise before. Start with the simple and cheap stuff first..LOL!!
