was just at a local friendlys tonight and my cd player got stolen. my dash lights wont light up and i plugged my stock radio back in and that thing wont turn on? im thinken a fuse but how can i check it? and where is the fuse located in realation to all the other ones? i later figured out i blew a radio fuse. i put a 5 amp in just to see if it would work and it did. but my guages didnt light up. so i checked the guages. that fuse was fine. but the dash wasnt lighten up. what should i do now? is there any other fuses should check?

 

You might try checking the 5 amp INST fuse, it's what powers the gauge cluster, hvac, radio, and shifter lighting. The 'gauge' fuse is for the gauge (oil, temp, etc) operation.
